Yoga bolsters are frequently used to provide support and cushioning in restorative yoga sessions, in which poses are held for several minutes or more. They can be used in many ways as part of 'supported' variations of common yoga poses, as a cushion for meditation/general use, or a pillow for physiotherapy.
